Voor een correcte afhandeling van je retour moet het pakket per post worden teruggestuurd naar ons magazijn. Gebruik hiervoor het Kapten & Son retourportaal. Houd er rekening mee dat wij om duurzaamheidsredenen een vergoeding van €4,50 in rekening brengen voor retouren. Producten die in de winkel zijn gekocht, kunnen ook alleen in de winkel worden omgeruild.
